- Just bring it to either one of our downstate New York offices or pack it and ship it and let us take care of the rest.
- We can repair or upgrade your computer with the latest hardware to improve performance and enhance productivity.
- Modems, Soundcards, Video upgrades, Memory upgrades, fan replacements, etc. available with top quality, name brand components.
- Either ship to us or bring it to one of our two locations and we'll take care of the rest.

What we can do..
- Diagnose and replace any parts that are not working.(hard drives,
CD-ROM, CDRW, motherboards, power supplies, etc.
- Reinstall or upgrade your operating system.
- Reformat your hard drive to rid you of that nasty virus.
- Backup data onto CD RW

What we can't do...
- Restore, or be responsible for, your data!
- YOU are responsible to backup any data you have, BEFORE you send us your computer.
- We do our best to get your computer working again, but will in no way be responsible or liable for any loss of data or installed programs.

Instructions:
Bring your computer to either one of our offices located in downstate New York (we offer local pick-up and delivery service), or you can:
- Pack and ship your computer to us by INSURED ground delivery service (UPS, FedEx Ground, etc.).
- Ship in the original box if possible!
- Send us your computer ONLY (NO monitors, speakers, keyboards, mice, scanners, cables, power cords, or any other external accessories)
- Fill out our repair form with all your shipping and billing information.
- Ship it to us at the address on the label below. (Packing and insurance is your responsibility. Make sure you get a tracking number from your ground carrier.)

When we receive your computer:
If you bring in your computer personally to one of our offices, we will discuss your problem with you before beginning work. Our in-store rate is $75.00 per hour for all repairs, not including parts. If you mail your computer to us, we will:
- Fax or email you with our diagnosis and price estimate.
- If you've sent your computer by mail and agree with our faxed or emailed price estimate and want to proceed, just return the diagnosis with your OK.
- We then ship you back your computer by UPS Ground Insured.

Pricing
- Our in-store rate is $75.00 per hour for all repairs, not including parts.
- We charge you $35 to diagnose your problem.
- We will call you at the number you supply, if you approve the repair, we will proceed and apply the $35 to your final bill.
- If you do not approve of the repair, we will return your computer in the same box in which you sent it.
- Our normal fee is $99 labor plus parts for a mini or mid tower computer system. Complex repairs can cost more.
- We charge $49 to install each piece of software that you send to us. (ie. Operating system, Office Suite)
